He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mullis and Eunive Brinkley Mullis; his son Jamie Mullis; his stepson Stanley "Pee-Wee" O'Quinn; and his sister Shirley Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Weaver Mullis of Jesup; his children, Shelia Tiqui (Sam) of St. Mary's and Charles "Ralph" Mullis, Jr. (Stacey) of White Oak; his stepchildren, Rodney O'Quinn (Velvet) of Jesup and Patsy Hopkins (Tim) of Jesup; and his sisters, Linda Frazier (Dennis) of Jesup and Elise Williams of Jesup. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Church of God (2949 Lanes Bridge Rd, Jesup, GA 31545). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
