He is survived by: his mother Emily Williams Miczek of Cottageville; his sons, Christopher Anthony Bush, Jr. of Florida and Jeremy Bush of Florida; his siblings, James Bush of Tyson, Georgia, Sonia Zavala (Alvaro) of Winder and Jesenia Thompson (Phillip) of Maryland; and his stepsisters, Ashley McDougald of South Carolina, Stephanie Fisher (Timmy) of South Carolina and Toni Rosato (Dominic) of South Carolina. He is also survived by her children; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
