She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Howard Carter and Bertha Burkhalter Carter; her husband Efrain Santos; her son Jeffrey Godbee; her sisters, BertaLee Cowart (Douglas), Eloise Love (Lonnie) and Willie Dale Dyer (Donald); and her brothers-in-law, Rocky Stokes and Ted Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Eleanor Santos (Richard); her daughter-in-law Penny Godbee; her sisters, Diane Stokes, Marilyn Dixon and Brenda Waters (James); and her grandchildren, Jeffery Godbee, Ashton Godbee, Nicholas Santos, Matthew Santos, Nathan Francis and Ethan Francis. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, neices nephews, grand neices and grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice of Savannah, American Heart Association, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
