He was predeceased by: his grandson Jay Johns; his niece Lindsey Oliver; his father Norris Strickland; and his siblings, Patti Strickland and Dean Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Strickland of Jesup; his children, Kelli Johns (J. R.) of Jesup, Dylan Drury (Misty) and Chris Parizo (Liz) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Isabella, Chloe, Bradyn, Madilynn and Owen; his mother Pat Strickland of Jesup; and his siblings, Diane Blocker (Mike) of Jesup and Donnie Strickland.
