He is survived by: his wife Teresa Osborne Scarborough of Jesup; his children, Sheree Scarborough of Jesup, Emily Scarborough of Jesup and Mike Scarborough (Cristol) of Jesup; his siblings, Ray Scarborough of Jesup and Penny Scarborough of Jesup; his grandchildren, Madison Byler, Callie Eason, Jada Parker and Logan Scarborough; his great grandchild Josie Parker; and his nephew Christopher Berneche (Britany).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery (3357 Lanes Bridge Rd, Jesup, GA 31546).
