She was predeceased by: her husband Royce Welch; her parents, Lillian "Dootsie" Driskell and Everett Driskell; and her sister Gerri Green. She is survived by: her children, Gerri Rozar of Douglas, Dana Wade (Tol) of Medina, Kay Surrency (Carey) of Jesup and Jimmy Welch (Lynnah) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Justin Wade (Jen), Erin Wade, Parker Welch, Glenn Welch (Savannah), Sam Surrency (Hannah Lee) and Griffin Surrency (Ellie Townsend); and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Emma, Nathan Wade and William Welch.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546).
