Gladys Creech Hardee Rowland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Creech Hardee Rowland of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on April 28, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Henry Earl Rowland and Cecil Hardee; and her siblings, James C. Creech, Jr., Buck Creech and Mary Lowery.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Duhon (Ray) of Jesup; her siblings, Evelyn Gunter of Sarasota, Fla., Deanie Ellis of Hazlehurst, Shirley O'Neal of Baxley and Buddy Creech (Gail) of Hazlehurst; her grandchildren, Jason Duhon (Cristie) and Christy Bissell; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Bissell, Charlotte Duhon and Jack Duhon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 9, Jesup, GA 31598.
