He was predeceased by : his wife Sarah Hawkins Paul; his grandson Joshua David "J. D." Paul; and his sister Sharon Gordon. He is survived by : his sons, Steven Paul (Dena) of Blackshear and David Paul (Chrisine) of Jesup; his grandson Blaine Paul (Carson) of Statesboro; his great grandchild Baylor; his sister Betty Padgett of Garden City; and also Baylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
