She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Foster Carter and Naomi Carter; her husband Leroy Curtis; and her sons, Mike Tippins and Steve Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D. "Rusty" Williams, Jr. (Lita), Wendell D. Williams, Wanda Sue Gould (Rob), William Howell, Allen Curtis and Cindy Curtis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Swain Funeral Home (1632 Hatch Pkwy N, Baxley, GA 31513). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.
