He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Osborne and Ida Sheffield Osborne. He is survived by: his son Mark Osborne; his sister Wanda Osborne; his wife Vicky Howard Osborne of Mt. Pleasant Community; his children, John Osborne of Jesup, Teresa Scarborough of Jesup and Debra Dodge (James) of Ludowici; his sister Glenda Osborne of Jesup; and his sons, Elder Keith Tillman and Durwood Miller. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
