He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Lee Vickers; his former wife Velma Vickers; and his sister Kay Boyette. He is survived by: his father J. D. Vickers; his wife Faye Phillips Vickers of Jesup; his children, David of Jesup, Keith of Jesup, Terri Vickers of Jesup and Shane Tabb (Becky) of Jesup; and his siblings, Diane Luke (Jim) of Waycross and Jack Vickers (Debra) of Darien. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
