He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Collins and Alma Lou Johnson Collins; and his sisters, McKee, Hazel, Linda Sue, Melissa and Gina.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda, Margaret and Dale Collins, Sr.; and his brothers, Jack Collins (Betty) of Plains and Henry Collins (Bonnie Deen) of Jesup. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546).
