She is survived by : her father Morris Phillips; her son Matthew Phillips (Tara Adcock) of Jesup; her sister Laura Sloan (Tim) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Connor, Chase and Kinley; her nephews, Dylan Sloan (Karsyn) of Jesup, Evan Sloan (Makenna Dent) of Jesup and Jarrett Sloan of Jesup; her cousin Kimberly Daniels; and her close friends, Julie Roberson, Harriet Chapman, Buffy Pye and Kimberly Dudley.
