He is survived by: his sons, Michael Anthony "Mikey" Blocker of Jesup, Austin Blocker (Katelyn) of Jesup and Jonathan Blocker of Jesup; his mother Kathy Roberts (Michael Howard) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Austin Michael, Alexandria and Kayleigh; and his brother Travis Blocker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
