She is survived by: her son Ralph Edward Poppell of Atlanta; her brother Pete O'Quinn of Jesup, Georgia; her niece Angie O'Quinn of Jesup, Georgia; her extended family Linda Poppell Smith (G. R. Smith) of Savannah; and her caregivers, Ellen Dorminey and Barbara Burkhalter.
