Vernon, Georgia, Warren Fountain (Kristi) of Mt. Vernon, Geoffrey Parker (Tonya) of Hazlehurst and J. R. Thornton of Florida; and her grandchildren, Chase Mitchell, Clay Smart, Abby Smart, Weslynn Davis, Reilly Phelps, Prestyn Davis, Caitlin Smart, Samuel Tyre, Emilia Tyre and Reagan Phelps.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard & Jones Funeral Home (777 S 1st St, Jesup, GA 31545). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jesup First Baptist Church. A burial was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Jesup City Cemetery.
