He is survived by: his wife Janice Leigh White of Jesup; his children, Somer Chambless (Rick) of Jesup and Ben White of Jesup; his siblings, Carolyn Wynn (Harold) of Odum, James Roe White (Marcia) of Odum and Richard White (Peggy) of Odum; his sister-in-law Mary Baxley of Baxley; and his grandchildren, Tuff Tyre, Peedy Caroline Tyre and Jed Chambless.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Hope Free Will Baptist Church (1240 New Hope Rd, Jesup, GA 31545). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
