It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roscoe Warren Purvis Jr. (Jesup, Georgia), who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Roscoe Warren Purvis, Sr.; and his sisters, Dorothy Esser and Rita White. He is survived by : his wife Dinah Purvis of Jesup; his daughter Cynthia Purvis of McIntosh County; his brothers, Mike Purvis (Brenda) of Jesup and Fred Purvis (Joy) of Mansfield; and his siblings-in-law, Bob White of Monroe, Foster Odom of Savannah, Sue Odom Tuten of Gardi and Linda Odom Phillips of Tybee Island. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear Great God Children.
