He was predeceased by: his mother Verna Jorgensen; and his brothers, Ken and Ricky Jorgensen. He is survived by: his father Raymond Jorgensen; his wife Karen M. Jorgensen of Jesup; and his children, Tracy Mullis (Wayne) of Jesup, Rachel Tootle of Jesup and Samuel Jorgensen, Jr. (Angie) of Brunswick. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
