She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Smith; her son Martin Albert; her stepfather Harry; her mother Freida Smith; and her siblings, James, Robert, David, Larry McCoy, Frederick Smith, Nancy Fleener, Judy Solomon and Patsy Turner.
She is survived by: her husband John Rogers of Jesup; her child Micah Smith (Jamie) of Hinesville; her father Shannon Furlong (Paul) of Pooler; her grandchildren, Malachi, Gabriel, Matthew, Makayla, River, Cadence, Tyler, Colin, Alexa, Reese and Kieran; and her sisters, Gloria Briggs (Ken) of Jesup and Donna Burch (Ralph) of Pacific Junction, IA. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (415 E Cherry St, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
