He is survived by: his wife Eunice H. Waters Newcomer; his children, Sharon Jean Hicks, Kimberly Ann Rogers, Marilyn Mizell of Charleston, SC, Wanda Jo Bischof (Steven) of Jesup, Tommy Newcomer (Rene) of Indiana, Penn, James "Billy" Waters (Brenda) of Savannah and Ron Waters (Linda) of Jesup; his grandchildren, James Waters, III, Heather Shellenberger (Jay), Cindy Lynah (John), Tommy Waters (Amanda), Anthony Boaen (Liz), Aimie Razza (Paul), Savannah Jo Barton (Brent), Casey, Chase Newcomer, Syndey Michael Lucas, Diana, Michael and Geneva Newcomer; and his brother Arley Trent (Jeanie) of Orlando, Fla.. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
