She is survived by: her former husband Fred Peterson; her children, Rejuvia Poindexter (Michael) of Jesup and Denny Ward (Peggy) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Sheila Ann Scott of Valdosta, Shelby D. McCombs (Bryan) of Jesup, Nacole Carter, Barbie Carter, Cricket Hatcher and Carmen Rush (Darron); her siblings, Sara Nance of Paducah, KY and Daniel Douberly (Boots) of Jacksonville, FL; and her great grandchildren, Justin (Amber), Paige, Aiden, River, Amilya, DeVein, Malachi, Skky, Mazzie, Shenna, Merrell, Julie, Mikayla, James and Ivy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
