It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Riggs of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Evone Blanton Riggs of Jesup; his children, Nancy Crosby (Pickney) of Bluffton, SC and William D. Riggs, III (GinaAnn) of Woodstock, GA; his stepdaughter Teresa Sharpe of Odum; and his grandchildren, Grayson, Chandler Riggs and Whitney Brown. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
