He is survived by: his wife Ollie Diane McDonald Raley of Jewell; his children, Melissa Ann Raley of Mitchell and Charles Lynn Raley (Deborah) of Jewell; his brother James Robert "Bob" Raley (Mary Lynn) of Thomson; and his grandchildren, Madison Earl (Kaylyn) of Thomson, Morgan Inez Earl of Mitchell, Ansleigh Raley of Jewell and Ashleigh Raley of Jewell.
