He is survived by: his wife Karen Faulkner; his daughters, Peggy Miller, Renee Graham (Greg) and Patricia Duffy (Bill); his stepchildren, Dwight Dorris (Amy), Patrick Dorris (Courtney) and Shaena Eller (Scott); and his siblings, Gary Vickery and Deborah Cooke. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
