He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Mullins; his children, Corliss Swain (Johnny) and Crystal Mullins-Kennedy; his grandchildren, Kamryn D. Kennedy and Zaria J. Swain; and his sister Nancy L. Mullins. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
