He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Cottle Clark and Minnie Belle Clark; and his brothers, Thomas Cottle Clark, Edward Hall Clark and Theo Griffin Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Jan Clark, Julie Cook (John) and Ted Clark (Anita); his grandchildren, Abby Cook Whitfield (Whit), Robby Cook, Cate Clark and Christian Clark; and his great grandchildren, Parks Whitfield and Shep Whitfield.
