He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis H. Plumb and Maxine J. Plumb; and his sister Julia Beth Llewellyn. He is survived by: his children, Joseph P. Plumb and Elizabeth D. Plumb (Jacob); and his brothers, Michael Plumb and David Plumb. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the H. M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill Chapel (1157 Old Canton Rd, Marietta, GA 30068).
