He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Carter and Genise Carter; his son Kairo Mercy Evans; and his brother Kevin.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the World Changers Church (2500 Burdett Rd, College Park, GA 30349).
