She is survived by: her husband Joe Perkins; her sons, Lee Perkins (Pam) and Scott Perkins (Stacie); her grandchildren, Tyler Perkins, Ryann Perkins, Walker Perkins and Channing Perkins; and her siblings, Kathy Stevens (Tony), Eddie Holliday (Wanda), Andy Holliday and Lesa Maddox (Ricky).
