He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carr; and his children, Britain Carr (Heidi) of Florida, Dylan Riegler (Tara) of Kentucky, Betty Moe (Travis) of Washington and Lisa Ingram of Washington. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and many friends.
