He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Smith and Betty Smith; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Gwen Bauer (Bill) and Ryan Alexander; and his sister Debbie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and several cousins.
