He is survived by: his mother Marcia Mayfield; his wife Kim; his children, Al Travis Seymore and Jessica Weaver; his grandchildren, Torryn Seymore, London Seymore and Jianna Weaver; his siblings, Erica Lewis (Andre), Jason Weaver and Benjamin Weaver (Sonya); his uncle Joseph Mayfield (Lee); his aunt Cynthia Mayfield (Cherrie); and his siblings-in-law, Valerie Girdner and Kelvin Girdner.
