He is survived by: his wife Ann Nice; his children, Debra Nice Pauquette (Phillip Pauquette) and Steven C. Nice; his granddaughter Mariah Butts; his sister Janet Chaney (Larry Chaney); his niece Lori Chaney; and his nephew Jeffrey Chaney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home & Cremation Center (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
