It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Douglas Bentley Sr. (Kennesaw, Georgia), born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Andrew Bentley and Ima Irene Prather Bentley; his brother Jack; and his former wife Jane McNeel Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Sara Moss Bentley; his sons, Fred D. Bentley, Jr. and Randall Bentley, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Rhett, Elisabeth, Matt, Randall, Jr., Landon and Caroline. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations either to Marietta Community Church or the Fred D. Bentley Sr.
