He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Slaton and Anniebelle Slaton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Diane Slaton; his sons, Chris Slaton (Amber) and Greg Slaton (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brianna Slaton Peykoff (Reid), Laci Googe (Carson), Skiler Cody (Jacob) and Kaiden Slaton; his great grandchild Wrenly Mae Cody; and his brother-in-law Wayne Garrett. He is also survived by two nieces; one nephew.
