He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bigham Higgins; his children, Jonathan Higgins (Shannon), Jeffrey Higgins (Cindy) and Jessica Dale Soler (Thomas Rude); his brother Jerry Higgins (Bob Greenberg); his grandchildren, Michael Higgins, William Parker (Taylor), Lukas Soler, Rebecca Parker, Layla Soler, Jim Higgins, Anya Higgins, Rowan Soler, Daniel Parker, Nathan Higgins and River Rude; his son-in-law Steve Parker; and his close friend Andres Soler.
