She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Garrett and Ethel Garrett; her children, David Scott Starnes of Newnan, GA, Chris Starnes (Denise) of Cartersville, GA and Tina Starnes of Kennesaw, GA; her grandchildren, Kylee Laseter (Paul), Delano Franklin (Eric), Drew Starnes (Olivia) and Jake Starnes (Claire); and her great grandchildren, Daxon, Hollen, Wilder Starnes, Parker Laseter (P. J.) and Jacob Starnes, Jr. (J. J.).
