It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Amanda Deckner (Kennesaw, Georgia), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blackshear and Ellie Blackshear; and her husband Charles "Chuck" Deckner. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Deckner Benton (Charlie) and Dana Deckner Mixon (Greg); her grandchildren, Ashley and Alexandria; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Avery, Sloane, Landry and Myers; her great great grandchild Charlie; her stepgranddaughter Alexandria; Olive.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Pkwy N, Kennesaw, GA 30152).
