She is survived by: her children, Warner Worthan (Jan), David Worthan (Melissa) and Wendy Worthan (Rodney Tumey); her grandchildren, Jacob Worthan (Hope), Duncan Worthan (Annalise), Jessica Watkins (Brock), Jennifer Davis (Matthew), Mary Collett (Josh), Madison Cunningham (Jacob Clark), John Cunningham (Nikki Petrow), Brielle Tumey and Matthew Tumey; her brothers, Bob Cottrell and Harold Cottrell; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Worthan and Gary Worthan (Martha Carol). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
