He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lowe of Kingsland, GA; his children, Tom Lowe (Amy) of Spring, TX, Elaina Hand (Ato) of Jacksonville, FL and Shellby Beagle of Kingsland, GA.; and his grandchildren, Sophia Lowe, Dominick Hand, Aiyanna Hand, Lazaro English, LeMark Hall, Leilani English, Charlie Lowe and Sabrina Lowe.
