He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Millan and Ruth Millan; and his brothers, Jimmy Millan, Paul Millan, Danny Millan and Joe Millan.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Millan; his children, Chris Woodard (Patty), Mike Millan (April), Paul Millan (Shelia) and Dana Keene (Glen); his grandchildren, Kristen, Trent, Jordan, Caleb, Zach, Savanna, Gavin, Lexi, Tucker and Sianna; his great grandchildren, Addy, Makayla, Blakely, Walker, Eleanor and Spencer; and his sister Fran Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodbine Church of God. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
