He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Huey and Doris Hendrix. He is survived by : his son Tyler Jay Larkin Hendrix; his parents, Huey "Butch" and Sandra Smith Hendrix; his sister Jennifer Hendrix of Homerville; his grandmother Portia Ann O'Berry of Homerville; his stepdaughters, Michelle Crosby of Camden County, Alisha Crosby of Camden County, Taylor Crosby of Camden County and Savannah Crosby of Camden County; and also Margie Shelton of Alma, GA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
