He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Milstead of Kingsland, GA.; his son Russell Milstead (Tracy) of Kingsland, GA.; his sisters, Carrie Nobles and Brenda Jayne; and his grandsons, Dalton Odom (Juli) and Dylan Odom (Lauren Troxey).
