It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wayne McDill of Kingsland, Georgia, born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oval McDill and Irene McDill; and his brother Billy Orr McDill, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Teresa McDill; his children, Brandy McConnell (Lane) and Jonathan McDill (Erin); his siblings-in-law, Rocky Readdick (Linda) and Teresa Readdick; his nephews, Billy "Chip" McDill (Charlie), Trevor Readdick (Nicole), Phelan Readdick and Gregory Jackson (Becky); his niece Dorothy "Dottie" Berry (Ken); and his grandchildren, Carrigan McConnell, Caden McConnell, Readdick "Reed" McDill and Ethan McDill. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
