With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sherry Casey of Kingsland, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Elerson and Judy Elerson of Blackshear, GA; and her brother Terry Nevill. She is survived by: her husband Ben Casey; her children, Jarrett Peeples of Atlanta, GA, Tyler Peeples (Ashton) of Kingsland, GA, Olivia Supak (Brandon) of Atlanta, GA and Jacob Casey (Stormy) of Kingsland, GA; her grandchildren, Allison, Madison, Tucker of Norah, TJ and Walker; and her sister Tracie Hartkemeyer of Jacksonville, FL..
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingsland First Methodist Church (120 E William Ave, Kingsland, GA 31548).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Kingsland First Methodist Church or the Harvest House Food Pantry, causes that were close to Sherry's heart.
