He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Harrill and Henrietta Harrill; his siblings, Alda Keever, Mary Gragg, Peggy Harrill, Fritz Harrill, Jr., William Harrill, Samuel Harrill and Thomas Harrill; his son Yates Harrill, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Yates Harrill III, Lucas Ramjattan and Zachary Harrill.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Harrill (Davis) of Kingsland, Georgia; his children, Shana Somers of Cheyenne, Linda Copland (Dirk) of St. Marys, Georgia, Warren "Tom" Harrill (Dianne) of Kingsland, Robert "Bob" Harrill (Anita) of Woodbine and Gene Harrill of Pooler, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Dale Somers (Sabine), Julie Dunham (Craig), Melissa Lanigan (Steve), Rachael Allison (Nick), Jennifer Nix (Jason), Thomas Harrill (Kara), Ian Moore (Lindsey), Laura Denton, Mary Katherine Edmiston, Jesse Denton, Leah Harrill, Caleb Smith, Bobbi Fernandes (Roydon), Victoria Kessler (Dean), Madison Dandaneau (Chris), James Harrill, Kiara Curtis (Sean) and Benjamin Harrill. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
