He is survived by: his siblings, Beatrice Burns, Shelby Jean Fettner, Larry Miller, Ray Miller, Anthony Miller and Lewis Miller; his nephew Philip Burns, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Hughes and Michael Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
