He is survived by : his wife Mae Pearl; his daughters, Lucinda Ashe (Bryant), Ann Wells of Kingston and Angela Ellington (Terry) of Buena Vista, Georgia; his brothers, James Wells of Rome and Eddie Wells (Harriet) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Kary Thornton of Buena Vista, Georgia and Lovie Foster (Eric) of Preston, Georgia.
