He is survived by: his wife Betty'Ruth'Kerce of Kingston, GA; his siblings, Bradley Kerce of Rome, Richard Kerce (Brig) of Rome and Susan Joiner (Ronnie) of Auburn, GA.; his stepsons, Blake West (Toni) and Shane West (Misty); his grandchildren, Rodney West and Molly West; his great grandchild Blakely West; his great-nephew Joshua Kerce (Kristy); and his great-niece Langley Ann Kerce.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Regency Southern Care Hospice in Fred's honor.
